Dr. Raisen is originally from the Midwest and is a highly experienced and Board-Certified specialist by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
His extensive expertise in both surgical and medical ENT care, has driven Dr. Raisen to focus on minimally invasive surgical care in Sinus Surgery, Otology, Otolaryngology. He received his Bachelor of Science from University of Manitoba and his Medical Degree from the University of Toronto. Dr. Raisen completed residency in Otolaryngology -Head and Neck Surgery at Dalhousie University, and Fellowship at Fairview University Medical Center in Minneapolis with Dr. Michael Paparella, . He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
