Jana Luther Fischer is a life-long resident of Columbus, Indiana. After graduating from Purdue University, she started her career at Bartholomew County Hospital, working in OB/Labor & Delivery and Emergency Medicine. Jana graduated in 1990 from Indiana University with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She is dually certified in Family & Adult Primary Care.
Before joining Southern Indiana ENT, Jana worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice, Women’s Health & Emergency Medicine.
Jana and her husband, Mark, own an agriculture business. Her daughter, Micah, is attending Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine & plans to return to Columbus to practice Family & Emergency Medicine. Her son, Max, is an accountant in Seattle, Washington.
Jana’s interests include gardening, reading, her family and practicing the primary tenet of being a nurse practitioner…”to take excellent care of others.”
