Greg Fillenwarth, FNP-BC is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in primary care, occupational health, and military disability assessments. He currently provides services as a subcontractor for OptumServe, performing military disability determination physicals and separation health assessments. Additionally, Greg offers worksite wellness services and primary care at WeCare TLC and has been involved in various occupational health initiatives. He has a solid foundation in performing minor procedures, such as sutures and biopsies, and providing health education and coaching. His experience spans across multiple healthcare settings, including work in military and corporate health assessments, wellness clinics, and urgent care. 

Greg holds a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Indianapolis, where he completed his studies in 2003. He is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation. Over his career, Greg has worked in a variety of roles, including providing care for underserved populations, managing worksite clinics, and assisting in the implementation of Electronic Medical Records. His commitment to patient care is further reflected in his certifications in NIOSH respiratory assessments and his past contributions to grant writing and state funding for uninsured and underinsured patients.
